To prepare and file your tax return and prepare Form 1099-MISC for independent contractors you've paid, you'll need to use TurboTax Self-Employed (if you wish to file online) or TurboTax Home & Business (if you wish to use the Desktop version).

Current-year TurboTax software can be purchased at:

TurboTax.com
Popular retail and electronics stores, such as Wal-mart, Costco, Best Buy, Fry's, etc. (early November through mid-April)
Select online stores such as Amazon.com

TurboTax software for the last 3 tax years is also available at TurboTax.com.
