I want have turbo tax download my 1099b info from e trade . When I enter it I get a pop up saying e trade will not have the info available until 2-15 but it is available now ? Anyway I can get them to

You can wait, or enter them manually.

Many brokers have their paper PDFs long before the specially-formatted tax import files are ready.
