What exactly is the amount of your federal tax refund that was sent as shown on the IRS website for tax refund - https://www.irs.gov/refunds
Did you request to have any TurboTax account fees paid from the federal tax refund?

Look at your fees.
To access your current or prior year online tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the userID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/

Is the $900 your state refund perhaps?

If you had the fees withheld from the federal refund it goes from the IRS to the processing bank to your bank ... trace the money ... did the IRS release it ? If so did they release it all ? If so check with the processing bank to see if more than the processing fee & TT fee was withheld ... FYI ... all the processing banks talk to each other so if you owe one of them they can all collect for each other.
