I visit the Child Tax credit page and it takes me to Earned income affected by the 2017 hurricanes and wildfires. I tried two browsers and the issue is the same.

When you click on the Review next to the Child Tax Credit screen you will get the question, "Earned Income affected by the 2017 Hurricanes or Wildfires" because that could affect some credits, including the Child Tax Credit.  If you answer No, the next screen should tell you whether or not you qualify for the Child Tax Credit that TurboTax has automatically calculated for you.
