I've misplaced my driver's license and the only thing can't recall is the issue date, Can I enter my ID without an issue date?

So I just realized that I've misplaced my driver's license.

I know my license number and the expiration date, but don't recall the issue date.

So is that enough info. for me to use my license as my identifier, for my refund?

I Have a Military ID card!
