I've inputted my 1099G form with no issues, then when I inputted my wife's, it keeps giving us "needs review" but nothing is highlighted telling us what's wrong.

We've also tried to download the document with the same result of, "needs review" but nothing is highlighted showing us what's wrong?

What did you get a 1099G for? Unemployment or a state tax refund or something else?
