If you were affected by the problem, you should have gotten an email from Turbotax. It only affects customers who used refund transfer to have their fees deducted from their refunds.

Use the IRS web site to check your status. We don't know what kind of other problems the IRS is having, and they aren't talking. If you don't receive a round 2 payment, you will claim it on your tax return.
Only a few taxpayers who elected to pay there TurboTax fees by having them deducted from their Federal refund, does the IRS have the temporary bank number rather then the taxpayer own account number. (The IRS has the correct number but used the wrong one). If you did not have a TurboTax fee and elected to pay from your refund then you are not affected.
