I've completed one return. How do I start the next return. every time I go to applications and select in brings up the return I've completed

Online is only good for 1 return. But you can use the same email address for 5 accounts. How to start another return in the Online version https://ttlc.intuit.com/replies/3288574

I'm in the file section & on the Just a few steps left. I complete step 1, complete 2, but keep getting put back to step 1. Does anyone know why this is happening?
