Are you trying to Efile your Federal and State returns together?  

 

You can't file a State return alone, unless your Federal return has already been filed and accepted.

 

Are you able to go through the State interview all the way to Review?

Yes, I’m trying to e-file them together. Also, my federal has already been been filed and accepted. And I’m also able to go all the way to the review however once I press continue my entire screen goes blank and I’m unable to do anything. It’s not a connection issue as well.

Make sure you're up-to-date, quit and reopen TurboTax. If you're not on the latest release, the program will automatically download it. Please also see the TurboTax FAQ below for troubleshooting options:

If the above information does not help, you can also try signing in on a different browser or computer.
