Try closing TurboTax, clear your Cache and Cookies if you are using TurboTax Online, and reopen TurboTax. You can also try a different browser.
Also, make sure you have ran all updates.

I'm using the desktop version. I've used it for the last two months. Today it won't load. As I said in the original question "it hangs up after the screen "OK, we know...". It seems to shut down and stop loading after a few seconds. The FAQ for desktop does not address this. Do you have other ideas?
