If you are trying to sign and submit a 2024 tax return you can not do that in the current TurboTax Online version. You would have to purchase the TurboTax Desktop verion for 2024 to prepare your taxes for 2024. 

You can purchase and download the TurboTax Desktop 2024 software directly from the official Intuit website.

Also, new this year, you will be able to have your prior-year tax returns prepared using TurboTax Full Service. You must do them along with your 2025 tax return.  

When you select TurboTax Full Service, a dedicated tax expert will prepare your tax return(s) for you.  You will set up a welcome call with an assistant and they will answer any questions you may have. The TurboTax assistant will also confirm the documents your expert will need to prepare your taxes. You will be able to upload your documents straight from your computer, or you can use your phone to capture or scan paper documents.

Are you trying to efile a 2025 return in Online TurboTax, and it's asking for your 2024 AGI to verify your return?   If that's what you are referring to, and if you did not file a 2024 return, then you would use a 2024 AGI of 0 when efiling your 2025 return.

On a signature page, it will also ask you to choose a 5-digit signing PIN, which can be any 5 digits of your choice, except cannot be all zeros.   It will be on a page with today's date and your birth date.
