I’ve always done my taxes by hand and had to mail in my w-2s along with the form. This is my first year with turbo. Do I not have to do anything more with my w-2s now?

No. As long as you're e-filing, just keep your copies with a copy of this year's return. The IRS gets a copy from your employer.
