I've already started entering my data, but I need to upgrade from TurboTax Deluxe to Premium. Can I do that or do I need to start over?

You do not have to start over to upgrade to Premium. If you start entering information that requires an upgrade, the screen will alert you to the upgrade and you can keep going in the upgraded version.
