Sounds like you have more than one account.   Did you receive a marketing email reminding you to file?   If you know that you filed and you received your refund, ignore the email.

What does your account say?  Did you efile or mail your return?   If it doesn’t say Accepted it was not efiled.   

 

You might be looking in the wrong account.  That's common to end up with multiple accounts.  First LOG OUT of whatever TurboTax account you're logged into right now. Then use this TurboTax account recovery website to get a list of user ID's for an email address.  You can use the same email address for 5 accounts. Run the tool against any email addresses you may have used

Or did you get an email to finish?  That is just the marketing dept.  They don’t know if you filed and used a different account or place.
