I’ve already filed 2024 federal but I need to file 2024 state

For 2024, you can download TurboTax 2024 and then log into your return to download your .tax file which you can then transfer to TurboTax 2024. You can then open your return and go to the state taxes tab. You will not be able to e-file as e-file is closed for the 2024 and previous tax years.

Really? I didn't think the "Online" software was active for 2024 taxes anymore...only 2025.

Not sure there is an "Add a State" for anything but 2025 tax files right now...yes?
