I've almost completed my taxes but am still waiting on one more W-2 form , can I submit them now and send the last one when i get it or is it best to to it all at once?

Wait for the last W-2. If you file without it you will have to go thought the process of filing an amended return which has to be printed, signed and mailed--and it takes the IRS about 4 months to process it.
