Yes, if you claim the person who purchased the Marketplace plan as a dependent, you must enter their Form 1095-A on your tax return. When TurboTax asks for your % Allocation, you can try a couple of different configurations to see what works best for you (gives you a larger PTC), if you are the one paying the entire premium.
