You can't sign up for payments in Turbotax. You used to be able to request a payment plan, but now I think you can only do that directly on the IRS web site. Is that what you did? If so, you need to follow the instructions you were given when you enrolled. It is likely that if you simply make a direct payment, it will cancel any remaining payments. www.irs.gov/payments
Sometimes when you owe tax, Turbotax automatically prints 1040-ES vouchers, but this is not for the tax you owe this year. It is to make estimated payments for next year's taxes (check the date on the 1040-ES form, it probably says 2021, not 2020).
The 4 quarterly estimates are on 1040ES. The tax due payment voucher is the 1040-V.
