From the information currently available the IRS will use the banking information on your tax return to deposit your stimulus check into your bank account.
I understand you use a third party bank. Will they be forwarding the deposit as they did the tax return?

If you requested to have the TurboTax account fees deducted from your federal tax refund, the IRS will send the refund to a third party processor to have the fees and the service charge deducted. The third party processor will deduct the TurboTax fees plus the service charge and then attempt to direct deposit the remaining refund balance into the account that you entered on your tax return.
For the status of your tax refund you will need to contact the third party processor, Santa Barbara Tax Product Group, using their website - https://www.sbtpg.com/

I understand that, but will the stimulus payment go back through Santa Barbara or come directly to my bank account listed on my return?

If you are eligible for any stimulus funds it will go to the bank on record with the IRS, which is the bank you used for direct deposit of the federal tax refund and is the same bank that you entered on your tax return for direct deposit.
Is there any update to this? Because I doubt the IRS is going to give us a very specific answer about what Turbo Tax will do for those of us who paid fees out of our returns. It seems like Turbo Tax's responsibility to find the answer to this.
"How will the IRS know where to send my payment? The economic impact payment will be deposited directly into the same banking account reflected on the return filed." Ref: IRS Economic impact payments: What you need to know
I have the same question and I feel like it's still not being answered. I assume the direct deposit information the IRS received was for the third party who deducted the turbotax fees and then sent the rest of my tax refund to me. Will this third party be receiving my stimulus check? Or does the IRS have my direct deposit information, though the tax return went to the third party?
We have not yet received confirmation from the IRS on whether they will be putting stimulus payments on prepaid debit cards. However, we have noticed that the IRS has started depositing stimulus payments on some prepaid debit cards for taxpayers that chose to receive their refund through that method in tax year 2019 or 2018. If you received your refund on a prepaid debit card in tax year 2018 or 2019, here is what you need to know:
Ok but nobody here is asking about prepaid debit cards. So is there any answer to our question?
I need to know how I can get my stimulus check .I used the direct deposit refund and paid my fees through the refund
If you paid TurboTax with your refund last year, TurboTax has provided the IRS with your correct account information, and the IRS is working to send your payment to you within days. Please see this article.
