If your e-file was rejected you can go back to Step 2 of the FILE section to enter the correct banking information for your direct deposit and then re-file when you are satisfied that you have made all necessary corrections.
If the return was accepted, you cannot change it.

Please clarify what you mean by "used the wrong account." Did you mean you have 2 Intuit accounts (two User IDs), and that you prepared your return in the wrong one? If the return was rejected, that means in practicality that it has never been filed.
What was your rejection error code and message? You may get help in this forum about fixing it and resubmitting.
Are you using Free Edition or a paid edition like Deluxe or Premium?
