I used the 'Home and Business' version last year. What am I supposed to use this year?

Are you still self-employed? If so you could use 2021 Home and Business again, ir actually any version of the CD/download since all the versions of desktop software have the forms and schedules to do the Schedule C you will need. If you want to use online software you will need online Self-Employed. If you are not self-employed you can downgrade to a lower version that meets your needs.

The reason I asked the question is I could not find Home and Business on the website. There were a bunch of other names of products that didn't even sound close to home in business. Is there still a Home e Business?

Yes; there is still a home and business product - it is a CD/download option. Perhaps what you were reviewing was the online options which as xmasbaby0 mentioned above is called Self-Employed (in terms of the direct online equivalent ).
