If you are using the Online version of TurboTax you will need to setup a new account using a new User ID.

Sign out of your current TurboTax account to avoid overwriting your previous return.

1. Go to TurboTax.com.
2. If your browser automatically logs you into the old account,
   1. Clear your browser's cache, cookies, and history
3. Enter your Email address
4. On the sign in page select New to TurboTax? Create an account
5. Enter your 
   1. Email Address
   2. Password
   3. Phone
6. Create an Intuit Account

@JohnB5677   Won't that just change the user id on the same account and not actually set up a new account for someone else?
