I used Home & Business for over 10 years because I had 1099s (independent contractor). I do not have any 1099s for 2018. Do I have to file Home & Business again?

No you don't. In fact, if you have been using the CD/download product installed on your computer, you could have used any of the versions because they all include the same forms. 

If you use the online product, you don't have to use Self Employed if you no longer have self employment income. The version to use will depend on what other forms your require.
