I upgraded my package in error, how do I turn it back to the cheaper package?

You would need to use the Clear & Start Over feature in order to downgrade to a cheaper package.

*Please keep in mind that some forms may require a different software. So even if you downgrade, you may be prompted to purchase a different software in order to fill the form that's needed.

Buyer Beware - once you "upgrade" (more $) there's no way to downgrade back (except to erase ALL your data and start again).
