I typed my old savings account number in to pay for my taxes....how can i go back and change it to pay properly? Thanks

yes i did....i received an email saying my federal has been accepted and my state is pending

You can try to call the bank and see if they would honor the money, however probably not, so you will need to make a payment by 4-15-2019 to avoid being late.

Changing it in TurboTax will not matter anymore as it is gone and cannot be changed.

Calling the IRS when they have not processed it will do little good.

At this link you can make a payment to the IRS.  https://www.irs.gov/payments/direct-pay

If you owe the State go to the State web site and do the same thing.
