That is correct. Click on Review to see what forms you are waiting for. Many forms and schedules are not yet ready, because it it still very early. The IRS will not be accepting returns until late January so you will not get an early refund by filing now. When all of your forms are ready you will be able to choose the option to pay an extra $39.99 ($44.99 in CA) in order to pay your TurboTax fees from your federal refund.
