I tried to download all my data for 2015 when I purchased a product to do my taxes. I got the link to download it but it gives me a page error. What can I do?

Ok ... are you trying to complete a 2015 return now ?   Did you buy the downloaded program recently ?  What are you trying to download ?   The program ?   Or the .taxfile from the return you filed previously ?

I have filed it in 2015 but I am trying to get the paperwork that I filed and got back then as I need it for some reason for my last Tax fill returns. I am a foreigner so maybe that's why they are asking for it.

You have to access your own account and/or  print it for yourself using exactly the same account and user ID that you used when you prepared the return.

Many people have multiple TT accounts and forget how to access them.  Log out of the account you are in now.

Or did you use the desktop version of TurboTax?  If so, the files are on your own hard drive or any backup device you used like a flash drive.
