I tried applying for a mortgage today and they came back with a score of 0 but on turbo tax it says I have a 640. What’s up with that?? Totally confused

@Wesjames1223 You need to inquire as to which metric the lenders are using; your score should not be zero.

Who is "they"?

Are you checking your score with Turbo? --> https://turbo.intuit.com/

They are the mortgage loan originators. And yes I checked my score with turbo.
