I thought I was paying for my annual download of Turbo Tax, 2019 this time, and now it turns out I paid for 2018 online, which I have filed months ago. What do I do?

The Online program has been closed for a couple of weeks ... you could NOT have purchased any 2018 online program ... so did you accidentally buy the 2018 downloaded version ?   

If so ... 

You can go here TurboTax CD/Download Refund Request Form to request a refund if still within 60 days of purchase.
