I thought i completed my return in April, when I went back in today. June 2nd I never hit summit. Will i be in trouble.

Submit your tax return now. You won't be in trouble. If you are getting a refund there is no penalty for filing late. If you owe tax, pay what you owe. The IRS will send you a bill for penalties and interest.
