I submitted my return and got rejected, fixed immediately and it’s been over 48 hours still says “pending”....

f you e-filed your return in January, it'll stay in Pending status until the IRS starts processing the backlog of returns. The IRS just started officially accepting returns this past Monday so they are still catching up on the backlogs. Which is why it's taking longer than the normal 48 hours. https://ttlc.intuit.com/replies/4193097
