Yes, you can edit the amounts on the Estimated Taxes Worksheet, since this is not filed with your return. Actually, you are not required to pay the amount shown on your vouchers. You can pay any amount you choose, and can also pay your estimated taxes directly on the IRS site and use their Tax Withholding Estimator as well.
