I submitted my 2024 taxes. Can I update my 2025 financial estimates in turbo tax so that my estimated 2025 taxes are reestimated and the vouches are printed again?

Yes, you can edit the amounts on the Estimated Taxes Worksheet, since this is not filed with your return.  Actually, you are not required to pay the amount shown on your vouchers.  You can pay any amount you choose, and can also pay your estimated taxes directly on the IRS site and use their Tax Withholding Estimator as well.
