I started taxes on the 1040 form when I should have been doing the 1040A or 1040EZ. Since I started on the 1040 Turbo Tax charged me. I need to restart and get my $ back.

If you have already paid for your return, it is too late to clear and start over.

You can return to a less expensive form before you pay, but not after. In the future, remember that you can start for an inexpensive version and upgrade, but it's hard to go the other way, especially after you have registered or paid for the use of the software.
