I started my CT Return but Turbo Tax said I couldnt file it yet. I filed directly with the state. How do I ensure Turbo Tax doesn't file it too?

Turbo Tax was slow in adjusting their software to reflect CT rules. CT allows you to file for free so I just did it on the state site. I am worried turbo tax will try and file my CT return once they updated their software. I already paid Turbo Tax to file my CT Return.

TurboTax won't e-file your CT state return in TurboTax Online unless you direct it to e-file that return.

After you complete the Federal return, you can complete the CT return and when you reach the File section, TurboTax asks you to choose which returns to e-file.

If you paid TurbOTax then you probably submitted the return, right.?

It should be REJECTED because you have now  already filed.
