I spoke to agent for free. I was told I could call back 4 free, not true! I keep getting EIC error dob and ss# must match. They are enter correctly! Still rejected!

I've made sure my kids DOB and SS# match.  2 of my 3 kids of 2 middle names, I've tried filin every way possible.  Should I go elsewhere to file?

If your data is rejected for a date of birth and Social Security number mismatch, but you KNOW the information you have entered is correct, then the problem is likely to be in the Social Security database, which is what the IRS uses to compare your dependent information to in order to ensure you are claiming legitimate exemptions.

It is recommended that you contact Social Security to resolve this, as no matter where you go to file your return, the problem will persist if the Social Security database is incorrect.  Their website is https://www.ssa.gov/

You do not appear to be receiving a name mismatch error, but in general, it is best only to use first and last names.

Yeah this was totally my fault.  I overlooked typing in my sons DOB.  I mistyped his birth year and didn't realize it even tho I checked it a dozen time.  All is well now.  My bad lol

Hello I have a question tax preparer forgot to mark a box child credit question and at first I filed 2/4 was accepted updated to path than take action topic 151. That's when I noticed he didn't mark the box so I took it to him he updated it on file Friday so now I'm wondering will it process.
