What does it include? Farm land only? A home? Depreciating business property?

If you lived in the home as your primary home ( at least 2 of the last 5 years), you separate it's FMV from the farm land and report the sale of the home and an acre or two under "Sale of Home". Otherwise it would be included in the land sale below.
The land would be reported under Investment Income, Stocks, Bonds, Mutual Funds, Other. This is other.
