No, there is not.  That limit applies to both "online" and "desktop" products.

You should be able to break that sale into smaller pieces, with the sum of all the pieces coming to the correct totals, to get around this limitation if you're using the "Stocks, Mutual Funds, Bonds, Other" interview process.  If you're trying to report the sale using the Schedule K-1 interview, then I can't think of any way around that.
