Turbotax will add additional schedules/worksheets to your filing if your entries overflow the limits of the IRS forms. You can view these sheets when you click on "Forms" in the upper right hand tab on your screen. The additional sheets are usually listed at the bottom of the form list in the left panel after all the IRS items.
Are you saying that you sold more stock in 2019 that was reported on your 1099-B? You can still report it, but you should check with your broker as to why it was not included.
For worthless stock:
You can deduct worthless stock only in the tax year it becomes completely worthless. This normally happens when the corporation files for bankruptcy, stops doing business, and has no assets. Financial difficulties won't make a company's stock worthless unless there is no hope that the company will pull through.
Enter a worthless stock like any stock sale but with a sales price of zero and the word "worthless" in its description. Enter the correct cost or basis, date acquired, and December 31 as the date sold.
