I sm on the last three steps to file , will not allow me to confirm payment so I can sign and submit...please help

Click on Review to see if your tax returns has forms and/or schedules that have not yet been finalized in TurboTax and the date they will be available.

If your return does have forms and/or schedules which have not been finalized then you will not be able to pay for or e-file the tax return.

Maybe you are waiting for some forms.  Click Review to see if you are missing some forms needed in order to e-file.
