It appears you are using the TurboTax Deluxe version, which has a $59.99 fee for federal plus a separate fee for your state return.

I wanted to take the $59.00 fee off or have a refund of that amount. It shouldn't cost that much to do a state return. I makes me not want to use Turbo tax again and I have used this service for a long time.

I cannot edit the Sch C MISC EXPENSES itemized for MA return - 100% of my FED is not 100% for MA as a partial resident. The system doesn't allow me. I already paid TT.
