I should be able to file my return without indicating if I had healthcare coverage last year, but when I try to continue past this section, "a value is required"

In order to get omit the Health Insurance section from your return you must go around it. Do not click on the tab and enter the Health Insurance section. Simply click on the Review tab and you will then be taken to the final steps of entering your return.
