I sent a rude message a little bit ago and I want to apologize, even though I hope my tirade was a little entertaining given how much garbage you guys have to go through.

You didn't deserve that, but I hope my being stressed and unhinged earned the kind of embittered chuckle I get when I deal with a customer being rude to me; I'm sorry I didn't behave the way I should've, given that.
