Yes, if you have already filed, you can verify the scheduled debit date by accessing a copy of your complete tax file. Generally, the funds are withdrawn on the scheduled payment date you specified if your return has been accepted and is being processed. Sometimes, it may take a couple more days on their end. 

NOTE: When you schedule a payment for taxes due, the payment information is forwarded to the processing government agency. TurboTax is not notified of your payment status. You can check your credit card activity or statement to see if it has been withdrawn. If you still don't see the debit 7-10 days after your return has been accepted and it's already being processed, you can call the IRS e-file Payment Services at 1-888-353-4537, if this is a federal tax payment you owe.
