I selected the option to pay my entire tax amount due-why does my downloaded/saved return indicate a payment plan- 4 payment vouchers spread over several months? I did not request a payment installment plan.

Those are 2017 estimated tax vouchers, not an installment plan. They print as a convenience if you had a tax owed or spike in income for the year. You can disregard them if you feel that they do not apply to your 2017 tax situation.
