I selected self employed version but don’t have enough expenses to justify it. How do I cancel that?

I selected the self employed version of TurboTax but don’t have enough expenses to justify it. How do I cancel that and just use the regular version?

If you have any type of self-employment income, you do need to use a Schedule C to file your taxes so you would still need to use the self-employed version of TurboTax.  If you need to file a tax return, you must include income from all sources, including self-employment, on your return.  Even if your expenses do not result in a better situation, you still must include the income (and expenses).

If you do not have any self-employment income you can use the clear and start over feature on the left hand side of your screen by clicking Tax Tools>>Clear and Start Over.
