I selected overpayment to 2017 by accident, but when I chose to do the state tax over, it is keeping the overpayment to 2017 on there, so I can't get the money off of it.

I selected overpayment to 2017 by accident, but when I chose to do the state tax over, it is keeping the overpayment to 2017 on there, so I can't get the money off of it.

Fixed my issue, have to click on file --> Remove State Return, and then you can redo the State part from scratch again, unlike the button that says to redo the state.
