I selected electronic filng but turbotax is telling me to mail in my estimated payments

I went to "view or print forms" and it says I should mail the vouchers in with my estimated taxes. But I know I chose to do everything electronically. I thought the payment would come out of the bank account I listed but I never got any confirmations of payments. Does this mean my first estimated tax payment didn't go through?

I have never heard of electronically making estimated payments.  Is that for real?  I file electronically and get my refund sent right to my bank account, but I still have to print out the vouchers and mail the estimated payments.

I have never been penalized for being late with my estimated payments.  Good luck!

I always have them taken out electronically - in the past I've always used Taxact and they would give you the link to set it up. I just assumed turbotax was doing it automatically. I hope you're right about not being penalized:)

Here's a link to do it on the irs website - but in the past (when I filed with taxact) they'd just take them out automatically when they were due. That doesn't happen with turbotax?
