I see Needs Review under Coinbase. I click Review Transactions then Continue and am redirected back to the first page with Need Review there still. How do I fix this?

At the screen Review your sales, are you able to click the pencil icon to the right of each line of income?  

 

Click the pencil to review the entry.  You may have to correct entries and answer the question How did you receive this investment?

There isn't any clear indication of which rows have issues I need to resolve. I also have ~200 rows so how do I know which one(s) are causing the problem / what the problem(s) are?

Not knowing what information was downloaded from Coinbase, I expect that you will have to review/edit/resolve each line.

The entries that I see when I download are:

• Answer the question How did you receive this investment?, and
• At the screen Let us know if any of these situations apply to this sale, select I paid sales expenses that aren't included in the sale proceeds....

However, you may see other issues.
