Yes. If you haven't filed your return, you can change your payment date and method in Step 2 of the File section.
TurboTax is waiting for IRS guidance on changing your payment date if your return has been accepted by the IRS. In the past, the procedure has been to cancel the existing payment and set up a new payment by calling IRS e-file Payment Services 24/7 at 1-888-353-4537.
Generally the procedure would be the same with the state. You don't say what state you live in, but you can link to all the state tax websites at How do I track my state refund? Most states have NOT extended their tax filing deadline.

What if I already filed my return?
No, once your payment is scheduled and the return accepted it cannot be changed.
If you already filed your return with a scheduled payment date of April 15th, you followed IRS guidelines.
The IRS extending the filing deadline did not extend the payment deadline past April 15.
If people wait to pay after April 15, they will be assessed late paying penalties and interest assessed until the amount is paid in full.
another wrong answer from "expert".
