I scheduled a tax payment for my 2018 DC state tax return for April 15th. I want to change the amount of payment that I scheduled. How do I do that?

I want to change the amount of tax payment that I scheduled via TurboTax for 4/15/2019 to my state (DC). I owe less than the amount that is scheduled to be paid.  How do I access the feature that enabled me to schedule this payment, so that I can reduce the amount of the scheduled payment?

Doubt you can change it but if it can be done it has to be thru the DC DOR directly...check their website .
